__TRAINING SUPPORT

• For new users, two day training on each program is provided free of cost at MFSI facility.

• Special training at user's facility can be arranged.

• For distant users who can not attend the training at MFSI facility, training is provided over the internet through our web conferencing system.

• Basic and advanced level training classes on the software programs are held at MFSI facility from time to time. There is a nominal fee for each class.

• Free web training sessions are held periodically. There is no charge for web training. The sessions are generally one to two hours long. They are on different topics related to the programs.

• Technical support is provided over the telephone and through web conferencing system. There is no charge for technical support.
