NAGFORM - Progression design software
NAGFORM is a progression design software. It can be used for the following applications:
NAGTOOL - Auto Design of Tooling
The main purpose of the ‘NAGTOOL’ program is to create ‘Tooling Design’ for any progression created manually or automatically in NAGFORM / NAGFORM-Lite program for a cold forged part. Currently, NAGFORM program can create a generic ‘default’ tooling for any progression. ‘NAGTOOL’ aims at creating complete tooling design for any specific forging machine in minutes.
NAGSIM 2D / 3D - FEA SIMULATION SOFTWARE
NAGSIM.2D / NAGSIM.3D are FEA forging simulation programs for simulating cold and hot forging processes. It can simulate and predict metal flow, formation of defects such as laps, non-fill and predict stresses in tools and the part. NAGSIM can be used for the following applications:

DIE PRESS CALCULATOR - Click to Purchase ($950)
DIE-PRESS calculates the radial and tangential stresses in the inserts and casing in a press-fit die assembly. It determines the optimum interference between the inserts and casing to allow the required pressure for that application. For a 2 or 3 ring die assembly, it determines their dimensions that would allow the dies to take the maximum internal pressure.This Calculator has been developed for tool designers and engineers in the metal forming field.
